This group might be right for you if you…
- identify as a woman OR were AFAB
- are aged 40-55
- find yourself questioning your identity and roles in life
This 90min group will meet every other week in Roslindale to discuss…
- Identity
- Grief
- Sexuality shifts
- Body changes and perimenopause
- Burnout
- Coping mechanisms
- Relationships (eg: the Sandwich Generation, divorce, queer awakening)
- The question “what do I actually want?”
- Confronting mortality and possibility simultaneously
Format: This is a therapist-led relational process group, combining emotional support, identity exploration, and practical tools for navigating change.
The group is limited to 10 participants who are asked to commit to six sessions (approximately 3mos) at which point each will have the option to reenroll.
Fee is $100 a session, insurance is not available for this program.
